In order to improve our service the PA$$WORD section is made hidden

I know your good intention and have no objection at all but we are now suffering of many problems how can we solve it.
I used it the referral but step two was not as you showed. I tried many times but no response. It is really a hard process. Time consuming and time is gold.
Now just how to get it done again if it will succeed plz notify me. but I could not.
