Hello everybody just now know how to handle the back up properly.
now
even if we are attacked again we can restore everything to the latest
back up done
so feel free to add new posts and activities

back up the database every 6 hours

it was a bad experience over there so we prefer to stay here till we complete the permanent work
May be somebody says why it take that long time?
As a physicians our time is limited and this works takes a quite long time so be patient and keep in touch here
